The Scrum Product Owner Certified Professional exam evaluates the knowledge and understanding of Scrum principles and practices specific to the Product Owner role, as well as the ability to apply this knowledge in real-world situations. The exam covers a variety of topics related to Scrum and the Product Owner role, including:
Product Owner Responsibilities: Assessing the key responsibilities and activities of the Product Owner, such as creating and managing the Product Backlog, prioritizing backlog items, collaborating with the development team, and delivering value to the customer.
Product Backlog Management: Evaluating the ability to effectively manage the Product Backlog, including identifying and describing backlog items, estimating and prioritizing items, and ensuring alignment with business objectives and needs.
Collaboration with the Development Team: Assessing the ability to collaborate and work effectively with the development team, including communicating requirements and the product vision, participating in planning and review meetings, and resolving questions and issues related to the product.
Customer Value Delivery: Evaluating the ability to identify and deliver incremental value to the customer in each iteration of the Scrum process, through clear goal definition, validation and acceptance of deliverables, and continuous adaptation and improvement of the product.
Collaboration with Stakeholders: Assessing the ability to collaborate with project stakeholders, such as users, sponsors, and other interested parties, to understand their needs and expectations, and to manage communications and expectations effectively.
The exam may consist of multiple-choice questions, true or false questions, fill in the blank questions, or practical scenarios where Product Owner principles and practices in Scrum must be applied.
The Scrum Product Owner Certified Professional certification ensures that professionals have a solid understanding of the Product Owner role in Scrum and can effectively perform to maximize product value and meet stakeholder needs.

● Time allotted to complete the exam: 1.30 minutes.
● Prerequisites: Any Scrum Foundation Certification
● Passing score: 80%
